Been using Proactiv for 3 weeks, I feel more alive, healthy and confident!

Don't fall into the same trap as me, where you believe you've cancelled your subscription only to find you haven't. As you'll receive another three month supply and you're liable for the returns. Call them to cancel the subscription way before the three months is up.

This product is great it's really improved my skin. I wouldn't use anything else now. The only reason it didn't get the full 5 star is because the main face scrub wash always seems to run out well before the time I'm due for next batch. A anyone else having this problem? I seem to have loads of the pore treatment and moisturiser left, which is smaller and I use more of it.

I give the original formula 5 stars, used it for over ten years and hardly ever had acne. Been using this new formula for about 6 months and can't get rid of the acne. I want the original formula back please.

Make sure to check expiration dates on products. I ordered mine in .may 2013, cleanser expired in sept. 2013 toner and lotion expired in october. I dnt have bad skin so I use proactive occasionally. Called customer service, they wnt replace expired items bcoz its past the 60day money back period. Items expired before 60day warranty period and they wnt replace it. Junk! No wonder its not working!

I was looking for good product for months. Finally I got Proactiv. Good product.

I got the expected results within two weeks. Thanks to Proactiv.

Proactiv hasn't solved all my problems. When I first started using it I broke out badly. Then, it got better, but now months down the line it's coming back.

I love the product lines of proactiv. They offer the cleansers, nightly masks, all of them. Get this around the holiday season for a great deal.

Proactiv is almost too good to be true. I never thought the commercials could be so true. I started using it 2 years ago and haven't looked back

... because I asked her to look at my regular proactive acct and my proactive plus acct. She stated they really were not suppose to - REALLY?? that doesn't make sense to have to call two separate times and numbers. I am about ready to find another product in which I can order when I wish and not have to worry about automatic shipments. I do believe proactive would do fine without this type of mandatory service. Thank you for your time.

I have been a long time proactive customer and I love the product; however, the scheduled delivery is always a inconvenient or a hassle. It would be nice to get a reminder email that my product is about to ship, because sometimes I would like to change the products in my order. Also, I talked to a customer service rep (which was helpful but I could tell she was a bit perturbed)...

I'm not sure if it's proactive products or if it's benzoyl peroxide, it stings my face and causes more breakouts! I went to the doctor and he told me to use salicylic acid products instead. Has anybody heard of them?

Proactiv doesn't act as acne product. It can be used as just lotion

Good. Yet when I stop using Proactiv, the spots come back in a few days.

I started proactiv a few years ago. It used to work really well. Then recently the peroxide has been burning my face. My acne is worse than ever. I see a dermatologist tomorrow so hopefully that will help.

They spend too much on advertising with all those celebrities. If they didn't, Proactiv would be cheaper and it would be the best acne product ever!

I have been using the 3-Step Proactiv system for 1 year now and my skin is completly clear. I wish it worked faste, it's a bit too much time consuming.

Proactiv keeps my face clear for the most part, I still occasionaly break out, but not as much and my face is not soft.

Give it 5 stars just because I'm Jessica Simpson big fan :) Quality and price is OK but performance is bad. Still it's worth 5 stars!

Expensive, not the best "reactive" acne product. Before ProActiv, I tried several other face washes, lotions, and creams. These seemed to help clear up acne after it had already appeared on my face, but none really did anything to prevent acne. Only ProActiv worked for me to prevent acne.

WARNING! Beware this acne product contains BENZOYL PEROXIDE!!! It is very strong chemical ingredient. Benzoyl peroxide is known to cause rashes, irritations, itching, redness and swelling. Do you want it? I don't.

Proactiv worked very will for me but my skin was red all the time I used it. Why is that?

My son had a bad reation to this product.
